We strongly encourage you to publish the results of your research presented at COE’2020 conference in one of the proposed journals.
The last call for abstracts for COE'2020.
Dear Participants of COE'2020 we would like to inform you that the deadline for the abstract is approaching (10.09.) And will not be extended. If you have not submitted your abstract already please do not wait until the deadline to avoid any issues with the system.
Dear Participants of COE'2020,
The latest months were very challenging for all of us. The unexpected COVID-19 pandemic changed our lives including private and academic/industrial activities. In some cases, the conference events that we knew before COVID-19 will probably never return, but life goes on as well as the COE’2020 conference.
I happy to inform you that the 16th International Conference on Optical and Electronic Sensors COE'2020 conference will be organized as an on-line event on ClickMeeting platform, 27 – 29th September 2021 under the auspices of the President of AGH University of Science and Technology, JM Rector Professor Jerzy Lis.
As agreed previously, three faculties of AGH-UST have been involved in the organization of the conference, i.e., the Faculty of Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics, as well as Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering. According to a long established tradition, the Polish Society of Sensors, PTTS provides a scientific patronage of COE’2020. Financial support of our sponsors, e.g. Ministry of Education and Science (grant Doskonała Nauka/Exceellent Science) is highly appreciated.
The Polish Sensor Society (PTTS), which since its creation in 1992 has been closely attached to the COE conferences, is an association not limited to the representatives of the sensor community of Poland. The international collaboration of PTTS is quite extended. The policy of the society is turned towards initiatives from the economic environment and it favors especially the activity of ambitious young people who declare their willingness to carry out research in the sensor area. Detailed information on the PTTS and previous editions of COE can be found at http://ptts. pl
The scope of the conference covers the most important issues: microcontrollers, micro- and nanosystems, including MEMS, MOEMS, RF MEMS, NEMS, sensor networks, the Internet of Things (IoT), biosensors, electrochemical, chemical, optical and magnetic sensors, sensors for medical applications, etc. The invitation to participate in this event is addressed to the members of the scientific community representing many disciplines in the hope that the conference will serve as a broad forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences. The best papers presented at the conference will be published in Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, Measurement Science and Technology, Sensors, and Coatings.
I would like to thank all of you who have declared your commitment to COE’2020, especially Keynote and Invited Speakers. The system for registration and submission of abstracts will be open till the 10th of September. The final program will be announced soon. I strongly encourage those of you who still intend to attend the conference to proceed with the registration, as soon as possible.
On behalf of the Scientific Committee, Organizing Committee of COE’2020 and myself, I cordially invite you to participate in the
16th International Conference on Optical and Electronic Sensors COE'2020.
I hope you will enjoy this on-line event.
The Chair of COE’2020 and President of PTTS
Prof. dr hab. Katarzyna Zakrzewska
